Two Omaha business owners pocketed money they were supposed to have contributed to their employees pension and health benefit plans, federal prosecutors said Thursday.
Jeffrey Negus, 52, and Gregory Negus, 58, both of Omaha, are accused in an indictment of embezzling about $708,000.
The U.S. Attorneys Office did not say whether the men, who are owners of Negus-Sons Inc. and Netal Inc. are related.

So, if they are makers and they steal everyone else's money are they still makers or are they takers or is there a maker-taker class? If you own a company and get gov't contracts do you get maker dollars or taker dollars?

That was 20 years ago. And they were R's. I'm glad the workers had a union contract on their side.
