here was my other shot I wanted to submit a second choice

it was a wind storm that pushed huge blocks of ice against the shore, Madison WI

your photographs are superb. I looked at your shot in blue many times, and now I'm vacillating. But I think you entered the right one. In this one, you can just "touch" the texture of the snow and shiver. The greys are superb. The other is an abstract paradise.
Well done IMO.
