Went back to Lowe's with my camera one day in October-- after I'd been in for something else--because I loved their colorful fall display
of mums, pumpkins, and crotons.

Mine was shot with a medium format film camera in Harpers Ferry, WV.

This was from a farm field hedgerow on property that was built sometime in the mid-1800's that has now become a new-growth forest owned by The Nature Conservancy and Monroe County.

There are miles of these stone hedgerows on this property...

I found the scarecrow photo I took three years ago and joined the fun!

I was screwing around with a new telephoto lens during half time at one of my son's soccer games this fall. Had no idea I'd captured a bird on a branch by the pond until I downloaded the match photos. 400 pics of sweaty boys and one little birdy.

and a Florida friend too. Love your little birdie photo you didn't know you had and in those times, some of the best photos appear!
