From digital SLR cameras to selfie sticks, everyone has the makings to be a photographer. And over the course of 24 hours, Philadelphia Photo Arts Center (PPAC) is calling individuals from across the Greater Philadelphia region to turn on the flash and capture the moments that often go undocumented. This year's 6th Annual Philly Photo Day, presented by PNC Arts Alive, will be held on Friday, October 9, 2015.
