If you don't understand my instructions, please just ask for more help.

Double click on the photo that you want to share. One of the options at the bottom right of the screen will be an arrow that if you hover over it will say "share photo". When you click that, you will get a box with the link to your photo. Above the link, there are options: Share, embed, email, or BBcode. Click on "embed". Just copy that link and paste it in your message. Then, you will want to delete part of the address so that it doesn't show up in your post....

What you will have a link that looks like this:

<a data-flickr-embed="true" href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/xxxxxxxxx/a number will be here/in/dateposted-public/" title="Blue 003"><img src="https://farm1.staticflickr.com/437/a number will be here_01eaa2e4c0.jpg" width="461" height="500" alt="Blue 003"></a><script async src="//embedr.flickr.com/assets/client-code.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

You want to delete everything before the second "https" and after the .jpg

You will end up with:

https://farm1.staticflickr.com/437/a number will be here_01eaa2e4c0.jpg

(I have inserted "a number will be here" for the number so that you see the code instead of the photo.)

And here is the photo:

open the image, click once on the download button. A dialog will appear. Choose "view all sizes." Choose the size you want then right click the image and select "copy url." That way you have just the URL and nothing else.
