First half Is all uphill, than you get the reward of the view at top, one of my favorites

... however, garden of the Gods has more red dirt trails... everytime I run there my shoes are red by the time I finish...

InTheFlow took my husband and me there a couple years ago when we were in Colorado. It was beautiful.
