Havasu Police: Intoxicated man hits woman, releases snake, moons car

A Lake Havasu City man was arrested Saturday afternoon following a domestic violence incident on Swordfish Drive.

Justin S. Bayless, 30 faces misdemeanor charges for assault and disorderly conduct. The victim did suffer injuries as a result of the altercation. Police say Bayless struck the victim multiple times in the residence and she left to sit in her car. Bayless was reportedly drunk during the incident, during which he also placed the victim’s pet snake outside next to her car as she attempted to leave.

The victim was filming Bayless from inside of her car. Police said the footage showed Bayless grabbing a handful of dirt from a planter and throwing it at her car. He then pretended to throw the whole flower pot at her car and proceeded to pull down his pants to expose his rear end to her. Bayless denied throwing dirt at the car or hitting the victim.

Bayless’ blood alcohol content was .306 when he reached Lake Havasu City Jail.

to acetaldehyde then get back with me.

I saw an article a few days ago where a woman's BAC was 0.566. That's pretty close to being pickled.
