Endorsements for June 3, 2014 primary elections

On May 5, CLCV sent an email to our members in which some members received incorrect endorsements for State Senate. We regret this error and are correcting it in a subsequent email. All endorsements below are the official CLCV endorsements.

Don’t even think about not voting on Tuesday June 3rd. Here’s your one-stop shop for better candidates and issues on the left side of the aisle.

I've read so many articles by Ellen Brown in so many liberal blogs. She is a brilliant populist economist, especially
educational on bank fraud, pension swindle and how Ca should establish a State Bank in our post offices. win win

Voting for Ellen Brown is motivation enough to get me to the polls. I was planning to go anyway since it is extremely important to keep a veto proof Dem majority on the City Council for protection against our Lincoln Club new Mayor.

Thanks for the progressive list.

no matter how harmless it seems (especially ballot measures.)

Also checking your local fundie groups' endorsements is a good way to doublecheck your school board candidates, etc, since there's usually very little info on them and that tends to be where wingnuts start their climb up the political ladder. And there's the foolproof method of voting against anything the Howard Jarvis Taxpayer Assn. endorses.

But for good neutral info you can't beat the league of women voters. http://lwvc.org/ballot-recommendations

It may be silly, but I believe "someone" has to input your mail vote into a digital format. I want to be certain no "miskeying" gives my vote to the opposition.

The jerk's medical marijuana policy works with many young, Republican-raised voters.
