Gov Reynolds reminds one of a mid-management type who somehow made it off the production floor, not by her own initiative, but by doing what was trendy, popular, and non-upsetting to upper management. She has no clue as to how to really lead, is obviously not thinking her actions up on her own, and clearly is answering to, and trying to please some one other than the people of Iowa. Kimmie hasn't figured out leadership; WHEN IN THE MIDDLE OF CRISIS, DO NOT ACT WITH POPULARITY IN MIND, BUT RATHER WITH RESULTS IN MIND. Inform the people of the WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHY, WHEN, and HOW. The people may not like your information, and by extension may not like you, but will act according to the BEST, MOST ACCURATE and APPLICABLE INFORMATION AVAILABLE. PERIOD.
