Moss withheld records from Chemung probe into union complaints- GOP LG candidate.

Chemung County Sheriff and lieutenant governor candidate Christopher Moss withheld records from a county investigation into workplace harassment and violence complaints against him earlier this year, according to documents obtained by the Central New York Media Group.
The complaints, filed by the union representing Chemung County Jail correction officers, allege a slide show presentation by Moss at the Chemung County Sheriffs Office Annual Awards Banquet on March 1 involved inappropriate references to three officers including Art Laurey, a Republican who challenged Moss in the 2013 election.
Chemung County Attorney Bryan Maggs, the countys counsel, wrote in a March 27 letter outlining the results of his investigation that Moss would not let him view a copy of the presentation.
... I reached out to the Sheriff to request permission to view the slide show/video, Maggs wrote, but my request was denied, with the Sheriff indicating that I have no intention of forwarding any materials in reference to the banquet, nor are they of a public nature.
