Erie Insurance made a significant investment in an Erie-based opportunity zone that has helped to land a prospective plastic sorting facility. The plant intends to take all types of plastic and sell them to a Canadian steel manufacturer as a replacement for coke in the steel making process. There steel plant will have the proper controls and temperatures to burn the plastic so it does not cause pollution.

We have Erie Insurance for our homeowners’ insurance.

I want to make it up to Presque Isle before summer is over!
