Auditor General Finds Charter School Reform Could Save PA. Taxpayers $365 Million a Year

http://www.auditorgen.state.pa.us/Department/Press/WagnerSaysFixingPA%E2%80%99sCharterSchoolFormula.html

There are a number of different bills proposed, which each claim to "reform" charter schools. The easiest initial measure would be to put a reasonable cap on the amount per student that is paid to cybercharter schools that do not have the costs of providing bricks and mortar facilities.

It is a union busting move. Also a money making plan, defund public schools, then push charters which you and your cohorts just happen to have investments in. Furthermore, chipping away at the line between church and state via tax credits for donating to charter and private schools. Shameful.
