Your thoughts on opinion piece - "Wolf is Corbett 2.0 on public education"

Snip> "A report that was commissioned and published by Wolf’s campaign treasurer, who also serves as the chief financial officer for the Wolf Organization, tells you everything you need to know about Wolf’s real plan for public education. The report, a 2013 product of the York County Community Foundation, of which Wolf was a former chairman of the board, advocates for the 100% conversion of the York City School District to charter schools."

In general, I read this as a guilt by association piece. I'm curious what DUers who are more up on this (JPZ) think.

It was a desperate last minute attack on Wolf right before the election. Because Wolf has a campaign treasurer who was a volunteer boardmember involved in the reforming of the problematic York City schools, and because the State was using the threat of charter school conversions to get concessions from the unions, therefore Wolf hates public schools.
