Kleberg County attorney's job unclear after suspension

KINGSVILLE, Texas (AP) — It's unclear if a county attorney in South Texas will keep his job following the suspension of his law license.

The Corpus Christi Caller-Times reports (http://bit.ly/Tbht9K ) Kleberg County Attorney Omar Collin had been disbarred May 16.

But a State Bar of Texas grievance committee overturned that on Tuesday. The committee instead suspended his law license for two years.

Collin had submitted his resignation last month but rescinded it Monday.
