PA'S EUGENE DELGAUDIO MOBILIZES ONE MILLION VIRGINIANS FOR TRADITIONAL MARRIAGE

Using a variety of low cost high tech methods,* Eugene Delgaudio, president of Public Advocate will contact over one million Virginia citizens to ask for the House of Delegates to support traditional marriage.

EUGENE DELGAUDIO SAID IN PART THE FOLLOWING:

Real marriage is under attack in our state of Virginia. If you and I don't act immediately, Republican leadership in the House of Delegates could betray the conservative values they were elected to defend. You see, Virginia's Democrat Attorney General Mark Herring violated his oath of office by refusing to defend Virginia's Marriage Amendment in the Federal 4th Circuit Court.

H.R. 541 provides the only way a Federal judge could order Attorney General Herring to be replaced with an attorney actually representing pro-Marriage Virginians and our state's Marriage Amendment. But Richmond insiders indicate Speaker of the House Bill Howell might not even bring this bill up for a vote before the House adjourns next week. If H.R. 541 isn't passed, Virginia will surely become the latest state to have duly-passed legislation protecting real marriage overturned by judicial fiat.

That's why I need you to email Speaker Howell at delwhowell@house.virginia.gov and demand he give H.R. 541 a floor vote immediately and fully support its passage. Once you've emailed him, please call his office in Richmond at 804-698-1028 and demand he stand up for the family.
