Wasn't it something about why we don't use nukes if we have them.

I take the idea of testing on home soil as a toxic metaphor for Trump's explosion. He thinks about things like THAT?

You know, I've always been concerned about nuclear war since childhood, (the Cold War brought frightening ideas like that to the forefront) but it has been a long time since my concern has been this palpable and the potential for that more possible.

MAD is not for people like Trump who are about winning/losing. You don't think about nuclear war that way if you want to prevent it.
