Vancouver city council votes against oil terminal
From my state Dem Party listserv--
With a unanimous 7-0 vote last night, the city of Vancouver Council voted to not wanting the siting of an oil terminnal in its business district on the Columbia River. Over 700 citizens turned to hear testimoney and see the vote. Over 140 signed up to speak with seemingly only out of towners from Tesoroo/Savage speaking in favor for the oil terminal.
