6 Sigma would probably accept hundreds of Mail ballots going awry for whatever reason given the volume involved.

Three mail tubs containing 749 ballots from the Fox Valley didn't get to voters in time for them to cast them.

Appleton officials had given the absentee ballots to a third-party mail vendor on April 6, the day before the election, according to the report. The mail vendor provided them to the post office about 6 p.m. on election day.

Who are the "Appleton officials" and how is it they didn't mail them until the day before the election?

They should've been sent out weeks before the election

Anyone really surprised that Appleton, WI is the home of;
-- the insane conspiracy generating entity,The John Birch Society is located in Appleton, WI
-- is also the hometown of the worst US Senator ever... Joe McCarthy, who like, Trump, had Roy Cohn as a lawyer and died an alcoholic self-inflicted mess.

The municipal clerks in Wisconsin, expecially the ideological clerks, have a long record of screwing around with ballots, voters and election day procedures.

County clerk who "found" those 15,000 ballots that time?

She obviously has a new gig somewhere. The Green Bay--Fox Cities--Oshkosh--Fondy region is usually dead red. These actions guarantee it stays that way.

Maybe it was Americans For Plutocracy. The Kochs have tried everything against democracy.
