Conservative ex staffer of Benghazi committee admits it's phony.

x-Staffer Accuses Benghazi Committee Of Becoming ‘Partisan Investigation’ Into Hillary Clinton
by Alex Griswold | 4:46 pm, October 10th, 2015

A former investigator for the House Select Committee on Benghazi tells CNN that the committee became a “partisan investigation” meant to target Hillary Clinton.

Major Bradley Podliska, an intelligence officer for the Air Force Reserve fired ten months ago, says that the investigation began as a nonpartisan inquiry into the September 11 attack on the Benghazi consulate. But Podliska claims the committee pulled funding from other lanes of inquiry and changed into a Clinton-focused investigation once they learned of the former Secretary of State’s private email server.

“I knew that we needed to get to the truth to the victims’ families. And the victims’ families, they deserve the truth — whether or not Hillary Clinton was involved, whether or not other individuals were involved,” Podliska told CNN, in an interview set to air Sunday.

Podliska, who identifies as a conservative Republican, also plans to file a lawsuit against the committee alleging that he was improperly fired, both for protesting the committee’s Clinton focus and for taking time off to fulfill his military service obligations.

The republicans wasted 4 million taxpayer dollars on a purely political hit job against Hillary.

There has to be many laws broken right there

Military investigator for GOP-led Benghazi Committee says he was fired for not concentrating on Hillary
Bethania Palma Markus

A former investigator for the House Select Committee on Benghazi and self-described conservative Republican has accused GOP members of the committee of leading an attack on Hillary Clinton, rather than an impartial fact-finding investigation, CNN reports.............................

Podliska was fired after 10 months as an investigator for the committee. He claims it was because he resisted pressure to exclusively probe Clinton and the State Department’s role in the attack. He also alleges he was fired in part for taking time away to fulfill his duties with the Air Force, which would be an illegal cause for termination, CNN reports.

The committee has “vigorously” denied Podliska’s allegations and responded with the following statement sent to CNN.

“We are confident that the facts and evidence give no support to the wild imagination fueling these and any future allegations, and the Committee will vigorously defend itself against such allegations. The Committee will not be blackmailed into a monetary settlement for a false allegation made by a properly terminated former employee.”.................

Those republicans. You just can't trust 'em with your money:

Podliska also leveled accusations about the committee's work environment, telling CNN that "there was very little work actually being done."

He said half the staff was "surfing the Web all day long" and said "there was plenty of drinking during the work day."

And while he was reprimanded for sharing an invitation to an event with his colleagues via work email, he said a group of staffers had set up a "gun buying club" for "chrome-plated, monogrammed Tiffany-style Glock nine millimeters" and that staffers would spend "hours at a time" designing the guns.

The committee spokesperson declined to address these allegations.
