...to talk to voters at diners and whatnot in small towns? Naah, candidates come to big cities and wealthy enclaves, to milk the cash cow. On one level I do understand it, because California is geographically enormous, and we do have some quite wealthy Democrats in those enclaves -- and I am appreciative for the help they give. But still, I'd like to have that New Hampshire experience just once!

I was volunteering on his campaign here, and of course volunteers were needed at the fundraiser! At the end of the event I inserted myself in the line for shaking hands.

One other amazing experience was shaking Bill Clinton's hand while standing in a massive crowd of local Dems. That was another case where someone came out here to fundraise, but President Clinton took the time to address an outdoor crowd of about 3,000 at the community college. That man has charisma.

Okay, I'll stop complaining. What I need to do is start volunteering again so I can put myself in the way of these events -- even though it's not the same as getting to chat personally with the candidate, it's still kind of special.

so you'll probably get your wish.

The speeches will be different, and their focus will be different, but there will still be Democratic issues discussed (assuming that Sanders hasn't moved to a pure anti-delegate stance by then).

I can't imagine Sec. Clinton's speeches being any less inspiring.

I will vote for Clinton, anyway. Even if it is decided we will still get our vote.

Remember this, the GE is not until November, she will be pushing for the GE, I don't expect the rallies to stop until after the GE.

It was easier to get in during the primaries and they visit places they wouldn't normally visit. Hillary may have a rally in Allentown which is the 3rd largest city where I live but I don't think she'll come here during the General Election and opt for a Philadelphia location.

I'd love to have the chance to go to a Hillary rally, although it's pretty doubtful here in western PA.
