Hillary & her team working hard in Washington State

SEATTLE - Hillary Clinton will bring her presidential campaign to Washington state on Tuesday, where she is planning events in Everett, Seattle and Puyallup just a few days before the statewide Democratic caucuses on Saturday.

In Everett, she plans to discuss her program to support the state's manufacturing industry and the thousands of workers who depend on the Export-Import Bank, according to campaign officials. That event is scheduled for 12:15 p.m. at the IAM District 751 union hall.

Later in the afternoon she will have a closed-door meeting with tribal leaders from across the state to discuss how to improve opportunity for all Native American people.

And in Seattle, Clinton will attend an organizing event with volunteers, supporters, and caucus captains at Rainier Beach High School, where she will discuss her plans to break down barriers for local families as president. That event is scheduled for Tuesday evening at 8:15 p.m.

Volunteers for Clinton's campaign spent the day typing, texting, and calling voters from her Seattle office in Interbay. Their hope is to get as many supporters to the caucuses on Saturday.

That gives Hillary a fighting chance.

Bernie wins these caucuses because all of his college kids either don't work or have very flexible work schedules that enable them to spend two hours deliberating about politics in high school gymnasiums.

Not sure what Sabbath observing Jews are supposed to do, however.

Washington has lots of people working for Boeing and they export lots of planes. It is amazing, even if one does not work for Boeing the employees uses lots of services which employees.

Sales of Boeing commercial planes often hinge on the ability of customers to obtain financing from the Export-Import Bank, company officials have said.

While foreign oil and gas companies also are beneficiaries of the bank, so, too, are a slew of agricultural and manufacturing businesses in Washington whose survival depends on exporting their products.

The more I listen to Bernie Sanders the more I realize he doesn't have a clue about economics.

Maybe he does not think how many families are supported by Boeing.

Sanders seems to be going more for the rock star approach by going to larger venues. Hillary's making it more personable by going to smaller venues that deal with jobs and political organizing. In politics I think the latter is more effective.
