Given the way the SFRC is drifting, especially (shudder) after January, I'm sure that Sec. Kerry is glad to be out of the SFRC, and the Senate. . . though his decades of experience there, including his knowledge of the people as well as the procedures, have got to be supremely useful in dealing with all of them.. another diplomatic mission, if you will.
