Greece: Mass layoffs have just started

It's obvious that the government is determined to continue the implementation of the IMF neoliberal policies while forced to impose predetermined measures and conditions. The experiment must be completed by any means because they fear of possible national elections and a broad win of the Left which may put the completion of the experiment and its expansion throughout Europe in danger.

Everything else they've tried, one day strikes, 2 day general strikes, mass demonstrations, NONE of it has worked to slow the march of neo-liberalism. The only logical move left is an indefinite general strike and the contest for political power. Since workers make society run, workers should run society.
