If the gop would quit siphoning off any monies from the treasury we can have nice things too. It's not the gop piggy bank, and the idea that if the smallest amount of reserves start to build up, that it's a sign that rich folks have "paid too much" (EYEROLL), triggering a tax cut to help themselves to the funds, has got to stop.
