Korea should be compared to NK's new attack

North Korea has issued it's first combat readiness(Every soldier stands by to fight) and raised threat level against South Korea. North Korea also conducts cyber attack on Korean conservative media's homepage continuously. Korea has to prepare solution about NK's cyber attack and enhance their cyber capability to guard their critical network systems of social infrastructures from NK asap.
