Joe Biden would keep the US embassy in Jerusalem if elected, Antony Blinken, a Biden for President foreign policy advisor, and former Deputy Secretary of State under the Obama Administration said on Tuesday. During a conference call organized by the Jewish Democratic Council of America (JDCA), Blinken was asked if Biden would keep the US embassy in Jerusalem if elected as President.

solution I doubt very seriously if he would support annexation. But if the current administration endorses annexation before Joe has a chance to take office I'm not sure what he would do then.

It was moved by an act of Congress, with a waiver that the president could invoke with justification something like every 6 months. That was done for years.

But having moved it, it's hard to claim a waiver with justification for not moving it.

the western parts of Jerusalem, there is no real reason it shouldn't be there. That is Israel's capital. Even if Israel were to pull back to 'the green line' the embassy still would be in Israel, capital of Israel would still be Jerusalem.
