Married and closeted: gay Asian men in the U.K.

In the U.K., although there are new legal freedoms for LGBT couples, many individuals still hide their identity and try to live in marriages to opposite-sex partners. Those whose heritage emphasizes arranged marriage see little way out. Others are beginning to tell their stories, hoping that this may lead to a more open, honest and accepting climate in the future.

I know that some LGBT campaigners here have seemingly assumed they've won and moved on to other things. But there's still a lot of work to do here.
