So....nothing to do with being gay, but a bit of news from my house
About two and a half years ago, I quit my job that I had for 28 very long years. The final month of it didn't go well (HR didn't even acknowledge my having given notice), and when I walked out the door, I felt a weight lift from my chest.
Now, I left the hotel to work from home. The plan was that I would write and also do book promotions for authors of LGBT fiction. That took off and the writing got less and less. Now we're shifting gears again and, with my husband's blessing, we're going to transition away from the promotions and I'm going to stay home and write full time.
Now the nerves can begin!
