Orange Is New Black subtitles?

What is going on with this show? All the extended scenes in Spanish, Russian, German... and no subtitles? Do I have to buy a new caption-enabled Roku (which I can't afford) just to see what they are saying?! Or am I missing some trick here?

I have only the option of Spanish.

I'm not sure how a Roku works, but on the Apple, I hold down the play/pause button that gives me the choice of subtitles and spoken language. Must be something like that on Roku.

Oh, wait, I misunderstood. However, if I keep the subtitles on, most of the Spanish is translated.
