Question about my screen on Netflix

I hope this question is okay here. Apologies if it isn't.

I somehow hit a button to expand the display on my screen. As a result, all the information doesn't fit on the screen, and I can't read descriptions of movies and shows.

Regular television seems okay, so I think it's a problem either with Netflix or my DVR. How do I make the display smaller so I can read everything?

I did notice, though, that the DVR also has the problem, so it's not Netflix.

I think I'll ask in the computer group.

Screen ratio, or Screen settings, something like that.
