My daughter is getting married tonight!

And I have my plans in place to avoid drinking. I feel pretty good about it. Thank SMART for giving me the tools to deal with these kinds of situations. The only thing I'm nervous about is giving the FOTB speech. Don't know if I can deliver it without puddling up.

I've yet to see a father give a tribute to their daughter who didn't get a little teary.

Enjoy the wedding/reception. You'll do fine.

It was the second best wedding I've ever been to. My daughter and (sounds weird to say this) my son-in law did everything. The food, venue, band and everything else was perfect. And my toast/speech went off without a hitch. And I didn't have a drop to drink. Memories to last a lifetime, for sure.
