Anybody ever get a "Charley Horse" shoulder?

I think it's the same type of seizing in my tricep and deltoid that manifests occasionally as though inflicting the most severe shoulder pain in the universe telling me that I should be glad that it hurts less than it should because it doesn't inundate, vituperate and hate like my SHOULDER!
