anyone besides me done allen carr to quit?

for me ...i had to read the book 3 times
stopped a few chapters in the first time
a few more the second time a year later
and all the way 2 years later
went from 27 to 0 over night
laughing the whole time (working retail on blackfriday my quitting day)

8 years free of nicotine

again and then a few years later did champix/chantix. Worked really well. I don't crave at all. Been free almost 11 years. 8 years rocks. Isn't it wonderful?

and it's magic when i see other systems of quitting get a cigg handed to them(parties) and they hesitate and i get one handed to me and i not only not hesitate, i sniff the smell and go....ewwwww

and then the person putting it in my hand goes 'omigod you quit...i'm sorry didn't mean to tempt you' and i go 'are you tempted by a heroin shooters needle?*

heh not nice but ooh so fun
