from a friend so I'll be putting that in a crock pot and concocting some sort of liquid to add to the mix.

Chicken thighs with crispy skin are one of my favorite foods in the world.

Heading over the Trader Joe's to pick up the dough and other supplies. Probably prosciutto, Greek olives, caramelized onions, mushrooms, and roasted red peppers.

I love their pizza. They have an assortment of pizzas that are not frozen but you buy them in a box, just like you'd get at a pizzeria. The pizza inside is plastic-wrapped. Some have ingredients but my fave is the four-cheese and then I put on my own toppings.

So earlier I cut off four slices for a friend and me and on it I put roasted yellow peppers, roasted cherry tomatoes, sausage, and a few caramelized onion and mushroom bits.

Not to mention their pizza is a great bargain. Their large 4-cheese is $4.99!

with a dab of horseradish and sour cream in the mashers. Also big green salad with bleu cheese dressing.

The bbq sauce is simmering away, and my mouth is watering.

With ginger stock I took from the freezer for occasions such as this--when I want something good but don't want to work too hard to make it.

I think I'll be putting some sliced beef in it, green onions, spinach, and maybe that will be it.
