(175,691 posts)Heading over the Trader Joe's to pick up the dough and other supplies. Probably prosciutto, Greek olives, caramelized onions, mushrooms, and roasted red peppers.
I love their pizza. They have an assortment of pizzas that are not frozen but you buy them in a box, just like you'd get at a pizzeria. The pizza inside is plastic-wrapped. Some have ingredients but my fave is the four-cheese and then I put on my own toppings.
So earlier I cut off four slices for a friend and me and on it I put roasted yellow peppers, roasted cherry tomatoes, sausage, and a few caramelized onion and mushroom bits.
Not to mention their pizza is a great bargain. Their large 4-cheese is $4.99!

(35,421 posts)With ginger stock I took from the freezer for occasions such as this--when I want something good but don't want to work too hard to make it.
I think I'll be putting some sliced beef in it, green onions, spinach, and maybe that will be it.
