Steak Flambe Moutarde

http://cookingwiththemark.blogspot.com

Ingredients
2 New York strip steaks (thick cut)
3 T butter
1/4 c brandy
1/2 c half and half
3 T Dijon mustard
2 T sour cream
1 t Worcestershire sauce
Black pepper to taste

Directions
Melt the butter in a large skillet. Fry the steaks on one side. Turn and season with black pepper. Cook until desired degree of doneness. (Cut into meat to make sure it's not to raw.) Remove to a serving platter, cover and keep warm. Add remaining ingredients and whisk over low heat until bubbly. Return steaks to skillet, coat with sauce and serve.
