So it'll be that, broiled or grilled, cream style corn, mixed salad and garlic toast.

As one dish. They will be layered side-by-side (potatoes and mushrooms sliced) and covered with cream sauce.

Panzanella, which is kind of like a "stuffing"
and this will go with the pork dish.

For salad, watercress and apple.

The first course, however, will be pasta and it's chicken livers with pasta.

All of above being created by the RG. As you can see, it's a way more ambitious menu than I would ever attempt. And he will have all this done in less than an hour because he's so fast in the kitchen.

I used quick oatmeal to thicken the broth, and whole wheat biscuit dough for the topping.

Dessert was black tea with condensed milk and brown sugar.

red potato
onion
garlic
carrot
celery
Italian kale
unsalted peanuts
fresh thyme and Rosemary
Bay leaf
salt
pepper
pepperoncini
soy sauce
chicken broth
1/4 cup quick oats

I put fresh pepper in the biscuit dough and lemon juice in the milk.

put a catch pan under the skillet while baking the biscuit topping. Better safe than sorry.

I've had this box of TJ's clams in butter sauce in my freezer for I don't know how long. I'm tired of looking at it, and it is taking up space.

So, I'll saute up some zucchini and shallots with garlic, deglaze with some white wine, throw in the box of clams, and see what happens.

that I used to bake chicken yesterday. Fluid drained off and saved yesterday to refrigerator. (will skim off fat later).

I put 4 chicken legs, when warmed a little, added two cans of green beans. Will warm a few flour tortillas on stove top. I have some baked garlic cloves nd jalapenos from yesterday.

but I had green beans every year for a decade or so. I had a fence-like trellis that I would grow them on. Easier to harvest. I would eat to my hearts content daily, often have a 5qt pail extra which I would give away and such. An "unusual way I enjoyed them raw...just chomp on them and eat a half tablespoon of crunchy peanut butter( no sugar added).
