btw...young turnip greens are fantastic.

Other greens for stir fries...wilting...etc. They are fine.

Beet greens are our favorite.

I love rhubarb chard, as well. Even the pot liquor is scrumptious with a little vinegar. Mmmmmm

3. Over planted radishes a few weeks back

and am thinning them and eating the stem and leaves. Mild peppery taste which I am sure would intensify as they develop. So, yes, eat them .
Also planted nasturtiums just for the leaves and flowers to spice up a salad - again a peppery taste. Also with the nasturtiums , I understand you can pickle their seed pods for a caper substitute and am looking forward to that.
