What's for Dinner, Mon., June 23, 2014

I'm making a recipe for Thai soup using coconut milk and lots of vegetables like bok choy, mushroom, red and orange pepper (just a little), cauliflower, and quite a bit of ginger and garlic.

I think the only one that didn't make me hungry was the soup in ChangMai Thailand made with lots of fresh blood. But Bourdain made every strange and unbelievable dish sound delicious and he never turned one down.

But this is terrific info for my newfound interest in Thai food. I love this soup and am going to perfect my recipe to post on the recipe thread. Thanks for the link!
