Roasted beet and toasted walnut salad.

Strawberries with brown sugar and sour cream dip. (whoever came up with that combo was genius.)

It's a late and stressful night for me, so I'm going to have a plain old pb&j sandwich and call it a night!

We leave the hulls on the berries, and use the hull as a little handle. Dip the berry into sour cream, and then into brown sugar.

But you could do it the other way, I suppose. You wouldn't get that little crunch from the brown sugar if it were all mixed up, tho.
