By eating them right out of the skin with a spoon. I must have lemon and salt and pepper. I even like a little mayo.

I love avocados with any Mexican dish. Hell, a box of Zaterans and a side of avocados, would work for me.

In other words, beans and rice.

Avos are good with grilled fish, slathered in lime, black pepper, crumbled in each half.

I just wasn't at all hungry last night.

I ate the Caesar salad and went to bed.

Looks like tonight will be the ribeye.

I like doing the chicken and carrots and peas and celery and pearl onions (and turkey gravy) over mashed spuds. It's like a pot pie without the crust... dumplings (instead of spuds) work just as well.

Like I said...yum!

Ghost pepper salsa for me (more tame salsa for wife and son)
