What's for Dinner, Fri., June 27, 2014

Found some more zucchinis, so I'm thinking of making up some more crusts and freezing for individual servings of pizza.

Also want to try another type of Thai soup.

Update: Yay, the RG is cooking tonight! Sounds like grass-fed beef and broccoli with salad. Company is bringing dessert. I don't have to do a thing; he's doing it all.

So zucchini crust pizzas will happen tomorrow, when he goes into NYC to represent his company at the Fancy Food Show.

Going to make some chip and dips (salmon and avocado). Then BBQ chicken with baked beans and corn on the cob.

Should be finger licking good!
