Anyone have a great high protein muffin recipe, gluten free?

on edit, I removed the recipe. I didn't like it.

They use some flour, but it might be possible to reduce or eliminate it. Oat cakes are good and traditionally don't contain flour. You could always make dosas instead.

I've done a lot of experimenting with protein powder, coconut flour, almond flour, and the like. I've found a few sort of okay recipes but nothing I'd describe as good.
