with added sun-dried tomatoes from TJ's (olive oil packed). A sausage on the side, and a simple green salad.

I was so hungry, and I was daydreaming about dinner. I came up with the idea that chicken sausages would be a nice accompaniment to ravioli and tomato sauce. The sauce is very good, as the RG made it, so I put it over the chicken sausages I bought at Aldi. They have a terrific, all-natural, no-nitrate chicken breakfast sausage. They don't always have it, so I was happy to find it on the shelves tonight when I stopped by, with only 10" to spare before the door closed.

Then I remembered my roasted vegetables! So I added them to the plate, and I also sliced some mozzarella, and added it, too. Sprinkled parmesan on top, and poured a glass of white wine.

I picked up three candied apples at Aldi's too, so one will be dessert.

Happy Birthday, Bif.

And Galileo, I love sun-dried tomatoes and pasta. Ummm!
