Related: About this forumKicking myself for not doing this sooner. Making freezer jam. I complained to my girlfriend
that you couldn't even buy really good jam. She told me to go find a recipe and make it myself, so I did. It's ridiculously easy. So far I've made strawberry, blackberry, raspberry, and blueberry. I'm going out early to pick blackberries tomorrow. Those things grow everywhere here.

I need to pick more blackberries myself because Im running low on jam and syrup. I use 1/4 th of the sugar and its so good.

which is basically a cream cheese and jam milkshake. Yum!

Freezer of course. I got tired of lids that would not seal and now love the freezer method.
