What's for Dinner, Tues., Sept. 1, 2020

Spaghetti and meatballs Abruzzia (a region in Italy--they use pecorino, spices).

Brussels sprouts with maple bacon crispies.

Two naan breads each. One had a layer of shallots, then chicken liver spread, and on top, sauteed mustard greens. The other had the layer of shallots and melted raclette cheese on top.

For dessert, pears in cream sauce served over shortbread cookies.

I had to go into Manhattan for several personal and business things.

The local Japanese restaurant packed up a super deluxe sushi/sashimi combo with soups and salads for me to take home to the Landlady(!). She'll be happy!

I'm trying to add more fish into our diets but I think I'll stick with less "fishy" fish.

We finished our monthly grocery shop today and on the way home stopped at the local ice cream stand and "spoiled our dinner."

I had mocha chip. Al had orange pineapple.
