What's for Dinner, Wed., Sept. 2, 2020

Korean BBQ steak, seared in cast iron pan.

Broccoli rabe.

Potatoes sliced thin and served with thin slices of chorizo.

Yellow and red tomato salad with raclette cheese. This is a made in heaven combination. The salad also has croutons of artisan bread in it, so I guess it's sort of panzanella.

Dessert: 1/2 chocolate ice cream sandwich

Iced Pink Lady kombucha to drink.

I had frozen the sauce and meatballs the last time I made them.

Garden salad and garlic bread on the side.

Fruit for dessert.

Dad & sis got meatloaf w/ mashed potatoes and gravy, and steamed broccoli and cauliflower on the side. Sliced tomatoes.

(It was great cooking for them again.)

I just haven’t felt like cooking lately. Tonight I had a can of kippered herring, leftover daikon salad, and a dark chocolate bar from Aldi.
