What's for Dinner, Mon., Sept. 14, 2020

Roasted in a cast iron skillet: pork tenderloin with potatoes, onion, shallots, cippolline, sage, vinegar, olive oil.
Mixed vegetables with tomatoes, green beans, peppers, onion, sauce.

Pear & blue cheese with bread sticks for dessert .
Also spicy chai with shortbread cookies.

Particularly like the pear n blue cheese desert, the sweetness offset by the tart cheese is heavenly.

I'm having a small New York strip, braised cabbage and fresh sweet corn. Not my best but nice flavors. Pairing with a soft Merlot. If I have desert it's simple ice cream with a splash of Kahlua and fresh peppermint garnish.

except for the butter we will put on the squash there are no WW points.

But you have to have butter with spaghetti squash because it is so bland.

grated parmesan, chopped herbs, salt and pepper on spaghetti squash.

I'm sure the parmesan is points, though, but maybe not as many as butter.
