Beautiful fall day: 73 but down to 45 tonight. "Cover your tomatoes" weather.

Oatmeal with chopped apple, pear, and almonds, sweetened with maple syrup. Hot lemon water to drink.

There was some stuffing left over from the stuffed peppers last night. I heated it up and topped it with an over-easy egg.

Plenty of coffee.
