This tonight

Source-https://www.averiecooks.com/sheet-pan-asian-salmon-and-broccoli/

Ingredients

Skin-on salmon fillet
Broccoli florets
Honey
Soy Sauce
Sesame Oil
Chili Garlic Sauce
Rice Vinegar
Optional Cilantro for garnishing

Instructions

Place the salmon skin-side down, then nestle the broccoli florets around it.

Stir together honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, rice vinegar, and drizzle most of it over the salmon, and just dot the broccoli with it. Much of it will runoff into the broccoli anyway, which is why you don’t have to hit it with too much of the sauce at the outset.

Bake 12-15 min.
(No oven temp that I could see, so I'll use my standard 350)

Decafe tea

over egg noodles. Beets. Peas.

We were going to have a frozen pizza (doctored-up) as I went to Dad's to make him and Sis dinner. But Dad and Sis are going out of town for the weekend and didn't want the leftovers to go uneaten, so they sent them home with me.

Hooray!!!! Got a home-cooked meal tonight and only had to cook once.

There's a lot of cake left if we want dessert.
