Run Away!!!!

And, yes, if you're MAIG and that lying crew run by "Stop and Frisk" conservative billionaire Bloomberg, that counts as a school shooting!

Hilti would come around, even give you the gun if you promised to buy their cartridges and nails.

Years later, you could buy one from multiple vendors, much more affordable, and had plenty of times that nothing else would do the job.

I also always wondered how much damage these would do if misused, a concrete nail shot into yer dome, for example. I wonder if it would come out the other side (I'm thinking yes, good chance it would).

Ouch!

No flash suppressor either.

BTW, if you want to see creative nail gunning in a movie, watch "The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest", one of the Swedish Millennium Trilogy, where Lisbeth Salander nails the bad guy's feet to the floor with a hydraulic nailer.

One was good and the second (Liz) could/may have made a career out it. Not a Dad Farr but high score through 90% of her matches after freshman year.

Ever heard of Lyudmila Pavlichenko?

I went to the range with some of my friends, but didn't enjoy it, so the counselor decided I should learn how to shoot. Turns out I was good at it, so I kept it up, think I was 14. I shot in state championships my first year. The guys on my team were fine with me, but those at military schools we shot against were not - at all. One time, I went outside for some air and they locked me out. But I'd already shot, so it made no difference and we not only won, but I scored higher than their top guy. I finished second on my team.

And I have never heard of her, wow! Guess I missed my calling!

And it was met with derision.

How sad when we look for chances to make existing restrictions more effective, we're called names.

It would be funny if it wasn't so utterly sad.

"Gunners" need to step up and offer ideas.

Yet when one of the few not (yet) banned comes foward with an idea to fill a gap, the idea is not even acknowledged. Instead a zampolit immediately launches a personal attack.

Were I more cynical I might think the activism is not actually about legislation.

I think that there's a concerted and organized effort to shut down intelligent and productive discussion.

To what end, I cannot say, but it sure isn't toward a safer world for children and other Americans.

every now and then, 2 things I notice

1. mutual echo chamber
2. talk derisively of fellow DU members and have blocked almost all that they are talking about so they are not able to respond.
